User Responsibilities
Account Creation
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the services.

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the term of the agreement confidential, except as required by law or with the other party’s written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ASDOT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
The Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
